Cold asphalt, available in bags and ready for use, made from a mix of gravel, crushed sand and mineral additive (filler), heated and mixed with bituminous emulsion produced with non-toxic fluxes. The production is obtained by using a discontinuous asphalt plant, with constant control of the temperature and dosage of the aggregates and emulsion. Once cooled, the conglomerate maintains its workability characteristics for several months. The packaging is obtained by an automatic and computerized system, capable to pack bags of variable weight according to the needs, and to position them on disposable pallets than later they are packed with cellophane of the type A.U.V., to further protect the product by temperature changes.
